If you receive The Urinator™ and, for any reason, are not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping). To qualify, the item must be in new and unused condition. You must notify us within 10 days of purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt.
All electronic components are covered by a 90-day manufacturer’s guarantee against defects and will be replaced at no cost to you during that period.
