Is Urinator Classic or Urinator BT model is working correctly ?

Are you thinking your Urinator or Urinator BT is not heating up correctly.

This is a quick video to help you troubleshoot whether it is working correctly or not.

Before calling customer support please try this and see if it helps first.

Ensure the fluid in the bag is under 90° check the LCD on the bag.

Its colors will guide you if you’re using The Urinator BT simply connect the batteries and switch the Bluetooth off you’ll know it’s off when the red light turns off.

Now with the fluid temperature below 90 ° separate the fluid bag from the heating pad.

Let Them Sit apart do not let them touch each other after 5 minutes feel the temperature of the heating pad, if it’s warm to the touch your device is working just fine

Always remember only use new Duracell batteries, do not use ever ready Rayovac or any off brand or rechargeable batteries.

They will not work they lack the required capacity for reliable performance, you see sometimes the cool fluid against the heating pad can trick you into thinking it’s not heating up, but separate them and you’ll find that heating pad is warming up just fine.
