Your shipping sucks. I ordered on Friday for an over night delivery and it did not come until Monday. That is not overnight ! I had to reschedule my test. The product did work fine, but an overnight on Friday should be there on Saturday !

I got the Bluetooth model. I was really worried. It took a little while to find the app. Please rename the app to Urinator app. Other than that it worked flawless. I only needed it get a job. Watching the temperature on my phone was seriously dank. i highly recommend this thing.

Never even knew you guys were out there, couldn’t get Dr. John’s in my state but really didn’t need it. My personal life is still my private life. Can’t give you guys enough praise!! Tell all my friends about you!!

I bought the kit with overnight shipping and it was worth every cent. I passed my test and got my dream job. It works as advertised and I will be recommending to all my friends. I love it and it worked great. I wish you would change the cap. It was really hard to get off. But overall it’s the best thing I’ve ever found. So you get 5 stars from me.

Im telling yall ive tried EVERYTHING under the sun and absolutely NOTHING works the urinator i swear i was skeptical at first but litterly for years now it has never once let me down ever it’s insane i recommend it to everyone!!! My only wish is it came with a quick relase for the liquid instead of having to unscrew a cap one time i ped the damn cap in the toilet thank god he didn’t hear it i just played it cool and flushed it lol and orderd more

Needed a test to get a job. Passed, no problem using Dr. John’s Synthetic Urine and Urinator. Normal pre-employment “genetic testing” will/did not detect the synthetic nature of Dr. John’s as of August 2020. Lastly, you are taking a HUGE risk if you dilute or adulterate urine. They can detect that and then you will get a much more rigorous test. Best purchase of the year!

Temperature is key!! Failed with a different device, won’t mention any names, but temp was off. Wasn’t sure it would be any different with the Urinator, but was worth a try. Thrilled to say it was different….I finally passed and will always be a dedicated customer.

Not a good time to save money on a cheaper way, didn’t save any money when I failed.

The customer service was great. A really nice lady talked with me on the the phone for about an hour. I was so paranoid, thanks for easing my mind and helping me through this.

The Urinator is a great tool to provide you with a good night’s sleep. I’ve been using mine for over 6 years and it has never failed me yet. I actually have a brand new one as a backup I keep in the trunk just in case this one ever gives out. I have no idea how many times I have used it. I will say do not try other battery brands in it other than Duracell. I tried that once and it wouldn’t even heat up. I thought my device was broken So I bought another. Then the same dang thing happened the the new one. So I called customer their customer service and they stepped me through testing what was wrong. It was the batteries that I was using. So I decided to keep the other for when this one wears out. The thing is. They are built like a tank, 6 years and I haven’t had to use the other one. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

I didn’t know about this product and been using some other products that uses those shake to heat up pads. I have failed twice on those things. This really is a life changer. It worked great, I got the job and i am happy. thank you, i’m telling all my friends about you people.

The product did everything that was supposed to do. I will tell everyone to do it at home first, because you need to used to how the fluid comes out of the tube. You better pinch the hose before unscrewing the cap or pee is gonna fly all over the room. I love the product. It was worth the money on the first test.

I have used mine so many times I have lost count. At least 20 times or more. I can tell you that you have changed my life for the better. Thank You and God Bless you all.
